Upon dialing the aforementioned number, I was greeted by a polite woman who answered with impulsive "Hello, yes, tell me." However, I had anticipated a more professional greeting such as "Welcome to Deli Bite Catering LLC. How may I assist you?" This initial impression led me to believe that the company lacked professionalism, which ultimately deterred me from proceeding with the call to book a 10-day breakfast for our group consisting of 250 people. I believe it is crucial for the owner to be aware of this experience in order to rectify it. Thank you.

I was planning for my son's bday, couldn't find a right restaurant or a caterer..that's when I googled and found Delibite catering service. Was so impressed by their service n quality of food. All my guest liked the food and services. Thanks Delibite for making it a memorable one.

Be careful before you subscribe to their monthly food delivery . Your money is gone for ever without any value in return
Don’t get tricked with the 4 star ratings, they manage it that way

I signed up for a monthly subscription (26 days +2 free days u003d 28 days of delivery) with this Kitchen because I was looking for a convenient way to get home-cooked meals. However, I was very disappointed with the food quality, the number of days I received food, and the early delivery timeline.

1) Regarding food quality;
The food was consistently bland and tasteless. They claim it as healthy meal but you will hurt your stomach and body with this dry , rubberish chicken and the dry chapatis. I also received one day meal with human hair.
I tried several different dishes, but they all tasted the same. The vegetables were uncooked, the chicken was rubbery. There is nothing healthy in this meal. I don’t know how come they manage to get the certifications .

2) Regarding Subscription calculation ; I lost AED 350:

I only received food for 21 days out of the month, even though I signed up for a 28-day subscription. They just simply say the service is completed. When I asked for details on 24th June , until today which is 19th July for almost a month they refused me to provide the calculations. Imagine I'm waiting for a call back for almost a month now.
I have subscribed to the service in June23 , they did not inform me in advance that they will consider the 4 days of EID holidays in my account .
They took my money without any “advance” information to me .
In total I have lost 7 days of food which is equivalent to AED 350. This is my hard earned money . They just took it from me just in one month of subscription

3) Regarding Delivery timing;
As per terms & conditions ; Lunch Delivery time : 12.30 to 2pm
Dinner delivery time ; 7.30 to 9pm
In Actual they delivered at 9.30 am (Lunch) and 4.45pm (Dinner)

Imagine how dry the food would go when we eat after 3 hours . This is not why you pay for a healthy meal .

They have only one delivery personnel who manages multiple location . So what they do is cook the food early in the morning and get it delivered to you according to the sequence of the delivery schedule of this personnel .
Regardless of what time you get the food , pls note it is cooked very early.

The point is your lunch is cooked early in the morning . So usually the food is cold and the chapati is dry . You will curse your bad decision to subscribe to this company

4) Customer service ;
I contacted customer service to complain about the food quality and the early delivery. I spoke to two different representatives, Ms.Ariba and Ms.Hanna.
Both representatives were very rude and impolite . They didn't seem to care about my complaint . Once you pay the money , its difficult to have even a simple conversation with these people . They are so difficult to deal with and always busy . I tried to reach someone senior in the organization . But they did not let me contact anyone.

I am very disappointed with the customer service at this Kitchen. I was treated rudely and my concerns were not addressed. I would not recommend this Kitchen to anyone.

Recommendation:
If you are looking for a Kitchen that supplies food on a monthly subscription basis, I would recommend looking elsewhere. This Kitchen is not worth your money. Don’t get cheated

Overall:
I am very disappointed with the food , customer service and delivery at this Kitchen. I was cheated on my money . I was treated rudely and my concerns were not addressed. I would not recommend this Kitchen to anyone.

Good Quality food, Packaging, Delivery Timing. Overall, It was nice experience with Deli Bite Catering LLC.

The food is very nice... The highlight is that you will get customized food... Different food everyday is another advantage... Highly recommended

I used Deli Bite Catering for providing Iftar meals to a few hardworking workers at the Al Quoz Labour Camp on my sons birthday. My missus and myself were very happy with their service as they took care of everything for us which also includes working with UAE Food Bank and ensuring the food distribution is done legally. I highly recommend their service if one wants to give back their time and money to the needy by serving nice hot meals to the less fortunate. Thank you Deli Bite.
