I've been using delma but I got disappointed when I needed to send money for emergency and the teller refused me saying my ID has expired yet I've used that ID 2 consecutive times when it's already expired. I walked far just to go there because I knew my ID has expired and the new one was still in process and I might find help because I've been using Delma for a while now. The teller even never bothered to give me another alternative because I agently needed to send the cash. He just ignored me and told me I can't send the cash.
