No prices on shelf, all over priced and very rude staff in morning shift. Seems like they don’t care about business. I will never order again.

The indian guy there was the rudest person I ever met. He don’t accept orders through phone and once you order 2 items to him he will never put it in a plastic. A lot of people is looking for a job and keeping him is a waste of money.poor customer service. we needed a better grocery store.

I bought an item by mistake and in 1 minute came back to return it. They said that they can't take it back and refund money.
In each supermarket in Dubai you can refund the item bought by mistake.

If there was a zero rating I would rate them zero. This place is horrible, empty like a whistle all the time! They have 3 packs of eggs in the fridge today.
The staff keeps chaging and some of them don't even greet customers. They don't tell you the amount you owe, they just let you read it from the display and pay.
Bring Zoom back please! Al Maya, In and Out or whatever store would be better than this place. Cluster A has a 5 star hotel and few great bars and restaurants but this store is an embarrassment for the whole Cluster. Also, don't let the few fake reviews fool you. The five start reviews cannot be real! I would be embarrassed if I was the owner

Not happy with freshness of vegetables. The choice of stuff in the store is poor. There are hardly any masalas or spices. The manager was not ready to hear to improvements to the store. There is no variety of food stuff and there are limited options what you can get from the store. I'm moving over to cluster n to cater to my requirements. Really disappointed with the store and the food stuff.
