Pray for all please be careful for the name in trade license because my owner name totally changed and I visited the they said need to update again I need to pay the charge for it. Please careful.
If please visit this center must bring ijar, Emirates ID, visa page, PRO CARD if not owner, because they said we followe the proper.

Not even one star deserve especially the manager was not professional and unhelpful I approached him to guide me and help me he didn’t even invite me to seat in addition to that i ask him to assist me for how issuing my license unfortunately not at all, i was disappointed and politely i told him i will review yhis service so his answer with provoke smile

Once upon a time this center was good , but now with the new employees, it’s so horrible to even talk to them , they seem angry and upset and just want to takeover by saying it can’t be done . Very disappointing. I don’t advise anyone to visit this center . Specially counter 8 and 9 .

Worse place ever!

Went yesterday to secure DED permit to advertise in an mall - got told I must come back today when manager is working between 9am to 12pm

Went today the manager had left and apparently the manager works only 9am to 10am (1 hour of the day) wow wish I had his job

We waiting for 1.5 hours for the lady at counter 13 as she was on lunch (which is fine) but she was horrible and not helpful at all - told us to come back next week when she clearly knew our advertising was suppose to be this weekend

The gentlemen at the front desk are racist - my business partner (who is indian) went to the desk and he said to him continuing waiting for 10 mins even though we waited for 1.5 hours we just wanted someone else to help us and deal with it

Then when I went to the counter there whole tunes changed and we got another ticket number

We pay our business license on time each year and they cant even help with a simple approval for us to market and advise our business.

Wouldnt recommend anyone going here as they do not help you at all and there customer service is pathetic

Don’t waste ur time here , worst service , every time they ask for different documents , never know what they exactly need , just wasting of ur time !!!

DED Barsha Mall with the best service and a very helpful team especially the Manager of the branch, we had made a Special Request to add an Activity category to the trade license and got approval because of the effort & follow-up of the Branch Manager... Thanks to all DED

They are Not help full
And They dont know What is the law of UNITED ARAB EMIRATES SAID , Im Owner Of the Company And I have Full Power of Attorney From All Of the partners , I have New agreement For sharing The percentages , And My name is in Immigration card But Even They are not giving Me token To Do the Work and Remove The partners Who Canceled their visas and They are not any more In United Arab Emirates . This is the weakest Management of This Branch Please Teach them The Law
