Worst place, worst management,
All ded branches send you to head office, and when you go head office they don’t let you to enter without appointment.
And for appointment when you email them no one answer and you have to wait weeks to get reply from them and another 2-3 weeks to explain your issue.
Before it was much easier in clock tower head office. Now it became so worse here in difc.

The flow of tourist and the addition of attractions speaks itself that this department is doing well. Incase anyone from this department reads this ,I suggest that tour and travel agents should be inclusive to serve all nationalities in line to UAE multinationals immigration system. Unless the Government has a travel ban on particular time to certain nationalities, the tour and travel agents should be updated and do the required accordingly rather than applying their own laws and denying services for certain nationalities mostly from Africa continent.

No point to go there with any issues they will not allow you to come in .only if you have appointment with them ! Any complaints or questions you have you need to contact this phone. don’t lose your time how I did ????

Head office of Dubai Tourism. Located in the heart of the city. Staff is well trained and all the process are followed according COVID-19 guidelines. Would be great if in near future we can expect some kind of local meet for LOCAL Guides to promote local tourism.
