Absolutely reliable&top class! Polite, friendly and things explained simply. Also telephone got answered quickly so excellent customer service. You won't find any better for appliance repair. I would use him again and again! Well done on providing a good service at a reasonable price.????

Realy good price for a call out £35 really helpful found the problem within 10 minutes sadly a big whole in the drum or I would of paid the repair but was advised not worth replace in realy upset as only had 2 years but accidents happen something left in pocket realy pleased call out price was almost 50% less then sale appliances who quoted me £65 call out diffo recommend Roger an using this company thankyu for your help Crystal Duke of southend x cost of living very high realy do appreciate company's who are not increasing price hugely I would diffo use this service again so understanding helpful thankyu Roger

Called this engineer out.He turned up quickly Was very polite. Found the problem within 5 minutes He had parts on his van to repair it. And it cost a fraction of the manufacturers price. Would thoroughly recommend.

This guy knows his stuff....knew what the fault was with my tumble over the phone...was out and sorted quick(within24 hours)...very reasonably priced...polite... also gave info on how to prevent problem in the future....highly recommended!!!!

Fantastic Engineer. Was very efficient and friendly. Diagnosed the fault with my washing machine very quickly. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.
