What a brilliant experience! I had my parents visiting me in Dubai and Muhammad ensured we had a really special experience which all ran very smoothly. From the pick up (and drop off) outside the hotel to the dune bashing, camel riding, dinner and performances - it was all really good. I have done desert safaris before but this one was the best. Lots of fun, would highly recommended. Thank you.

It is my family and my first visit to Dubai. Muhammad is an excellent guide! The entire safari trip was so amazing. My family and I absolutely enjoy every moment of it. Muhammad took us to a wonderful photo stop and he even showed us some tricks to take amazing pictures. He can show you both fast and slower ride during the dune bashing as well! Our family would like to thank you again for your hospitality, you made Dubai trip so much more memorable for us!

I have no doubt to recommend Muhammad, since we arrived in Dubai, he has been our guide in the desert, we have trusted our family and friends and he has made the experience the best, always attentive and taking care of every detail. I had the opportunity to do the tour with him when I was pregnant and his professionalism and attention was the best, they took care of me at all times. 100% recommended the best of Dubai.

My wife and I were on our tour with Muhammad Sagheer. He was the best. He picked us up at 2:15pm which was better because it was earlier than what we expected. He had all the info about the surrounding areas. He was funny and made the trip fun with music and jokes. He let us know all the dos and donts. He took care of us and when we got to the camp he got the MC to shout me out for my birthday which was awesome. After we got back we tipped him $20 just because we had a great time.

The best experience when we visited Dubai was the Desert Safari. It's very recommended, we can do dune bashing with 4 WD Car. Our guide cum driver was very fun, he took us to the best places for taking pictures. We were very happy and we got the unforgettable memories. Excellent Desert Safari Experience with Muhammad.Super friendly, accommodating, passionate and knowledgeable.we had a fantastic time in the desert. Will definitely do it again next time with Muhammad and I specially recommend to other if you really want to enjoy in Desert must go with Muhammad.

Muhammad was our Aladdin’s Genie during our stay in Dubai, whatever you need he makes the impossible to get it for you. We first hired him for the Safari, but he quickly offered us to pick up us at the airport for free and there we met him, a very kind and fun person. The Safari was outstanding, the quality time he dedicated to make a proper Safari and the way he drives through the desert, no words for the great pictures he took us, made an unique experience for our family, that we will never forget. Then, we hired him to take us to Abu Dhabi for the day, he was always willing to explain and show us everything so we had the chance to learn a lot about the places we visited and the culture. Muhammad thank you very much for your hospitality, you made our first time visit to Dubai awesome!!! If we come back to Dubai no doubt we will call you again!!!

Every stereotype of doctors receptionist is perfectly nailed here. Poke and push you with instant attitude then play victim when you get upset with their poor disgusting treatment. This type of person is not human and should not work with the public, especially ones that need medical assistance. For the first time ever I say let the robots take over this job, pretty certain they will have more heart and empathy than what you have in there. If you live in Tiptree get private medical that's cheaper than booking a therapist every time you needed to book with this shambles of a business.

sorry but unless you sort this out I cant support you no more. Almost impossible to get an appointment, you have to spend hours on the phone, talk to an non medical receptionist about your stuff to then be given if you are lucky a phone call by a Nurse to then schedule an appointment or another call or visit to doctor. This is only if you are lucky enought to get through or not be rung up. Most people who work or have life cannot be on calling and calling more than 80 time to just get a tone then been number 37 on the queue.
We need more doctors, lot more capacity and allow the 8am 9 am slot for people who arent retired, or not working. Keep it for people who are proffesional so it help.
get a new centre build if need be Tiptree as plenty of money and should recruits more doctor.

Well, top marks Tiptree Medical centre for your patient care. I urgently ordered a Seretide Inhaler as the pump refused to work on the current one I had, had tried to fix with no avail. It actually took until late Wednesday to get this, it was sent to the wrong Chemist and ended up at Tiptree Pharmacy which I had not requested as changing from Boots. So all in all what a shambles and the Doctors should know how important a preventative inhaler is when you have asthma.

Three generations of our family use this medical centre and we're all very happy with the service provided. I don't call first thing, but can usually get through easily after lunch. We've had telephone appts, face to face appts and referrals as required. Thanks to all the staff and keep up the good work in these difficult times!

I have been a patient at this practice for years. The size of Tiptree has grown phenomenally since. Respect to the hard working nurses and doctors for trying to handle such a large audience. Thankfully I don’t need it often and may sometimes struggle to get an appointment but always managed to get a doctor call back and then a follow up appointment if they feel it is necessary. Keep up the good work peeps

My family have needed to see a doctor many times since moving to Tiptree and every time it has been very difficult to even get through to reception.
Its taken over 1 hour on some occasions to get through and most of the time there are no appointments left.
We dont have time to sit there on the phone for that long, we have kids to get to school etc..
So many times we have had to give up trying and had to use walk in center or A and E.
The receptionists seem stressed and overloaded with work.
The doctors on the other hand are all very good but the problem remains there are too many people on the books at this surgery so the service is really suffering.

This is a fantastic surgery! I have been so impressed since moving to tiptree with the service. I have had to call in and visit for appointments quite a lot since moving here due to being pregnant and now with my 8 week old. I am always reassured when I call io and the receptionists and docs can't do enough! Nothing is too much trouble and any query I have is quickly and kindly resolved. It has been so lovely as as a first time mum you can have a lot of questions and worries but they are always so kind and helpful. I can't fault them at all. Thank you to all the staff at the surgery you're all doing a fantastic job!
