Amazing experience! Our driver Pradeep was excellent and customer service was brilliant. Quad biking and entertainment from the camp was also great as well as the food and shisha! And all for a great price ????

From the start till end of the trip, we had a satisfactory experience. The pick up and drop car was proper and clean, the driver was not only professional but also quite friendly. The camp set up was beautiful and the shows were incredible. The food was below average but all in all a great day at the desert, special thanks to Mr. Mukesh for assisting us and clicking amazing pictures of us with the dunes.

Desert Safari Dubai was an amazing experience. Our friends referred them to us because they had a great experience and we share the same view. Mukesh was our guide and he was very patient and sweet. He took amazing pictures of us, made sure we were satisfied with everything each time before we began... He also shared the best tourist attractions in Dubai and what we could see. I had a full day experience and will recommend d Mukesh and Desert Safari 110%.

I would give 0 stars if I could.
Firstly, as I walked in the middle aged lady who was working in the shop took a good 5 minutes to acknowledge me and come over to the tillpoint.
Secondly, she had the most disgusting attitude i have ever seen on any customer service representative.
She was so rude, had the audacity to say “the position is closed can’t you see?”
Then she said that she isn’t trained properly and can’t put money into bank accounts. When I said “oh that’s inconvenient” in a smiley way she prooceded to walk away smirking and shout saying “NO NOT REALLY, WE ARE POST OFFICE WE GIVE GOOD SERVICE” which I found so confusing as she just didn’t make sense. She clearly was racist and thought she can pick an argument with someone to make her day better. I don’t know what generation she still lives in but this is absolutely unacceptable. She has made me (a pregnant woman) very annoyed for absolutely no reason. I will be taking this further.

I understand she may not know how to do this but I don’t understand why she is even working in a post office if she is not willing to be educated on how to deposit money onto a card? Quite pointless really! How long could you go on without getting trained and getting mad at customers because you want to be lazy?!

I've made the trip out to the post office on multiple occasions only to find that it's closed. It's so frustrating. It's fine if you can't open 7am-7pm but PLEASE update your hours online as it's very misleading. I almost don't want to bother next time and will drive to the next nearest post office which I know will be open.
