Umair did an amazing job. Showed us the best quad bike options, camel rides, sandboarding and dune bashing. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a Good Experience with Desert Safari Dubai King, we enjoyed a lot. A thrilling and full of adventurous Dune bashing on Hummer with driver Musa. Buggy point is a real adventure, photo point on high dunes with sunset is amazing and memorable. Thanks for dinner buffet and shows in camp is awesome. Good Services.

Worst Experience,
I booked a VIP ticket and I was told I will get a private car which will pick up from hotel but the car was sharing and we have to waster 1 hour in picking other passenger, I was told I will see Sun set in Desert but we saw Sun Set in the car as our driver was not sure what to do and he was waiting to receive instructions from the company and we were forced to wait at the Buggy ride even no one in our car want to ride a Bike and driver said it is a procedure.

I was told I will get free Camel ride and free picture with Falcon but when we arrived the free camel rise was just one small round ( around 2 cars space round circle) on camel and if you want longer you will have to pay extra 50 AED. And picture with Falcon was also chargeable around 30 AED.

Nothing was free and food was worst and seating arrangement was on the floor which was dirty.

Total waste of money and waste of Day.

Except for few the entire management is liar, a person named Mousa claimed to be the owner has no sense of respect
for their customers.
There were many promises made while we made the booking, however of all only entertainment was good, food was poor quality and they were distributing as if its free and all are beggars, their main agenda is to sell package upgrade to VIP to get better experience though not the best. Overall we didn't had pleasant experience with delays, disrespectful staff and eventually waiting in queuefor an hour to get dropped. I would never recommend to use this agency for desert safari.

The trip was very good and intersting, we love the driver, Hamza, always talk to us, give as water and snacks, present all the place of Dubai during the road to Safari, and he make a good photo . We give 5 stars for the driver, for de Safari, and all deals we recomand.

Amazing promises were made by the in-charge regarding the desert safari. It was a sad reality in the beginning itself when they took almost 3 hours to drop us to the camp. The driver was inexperienced. As promised half an hour of dune bashing ended less than 10 mins. After which a small camel ride was arranged for 1000 people with 2 camels only. Simultaneously to make money they kept 3 camels and 2 horses for which additional money was charged. Heena was promised free but the artist charged additional 20 DHS.

As promised free water, drink and food will be available. They kept everything restricted till 7. Can you imagine a person who boards at 2 and is kept hungry and thirsty till 7? It is a way to promote their food like corn , pop korn, ice cream, etc.

The shows were pathetic with long breaks.
The food was lettuce, plain white boiled pasta, partially cooked rice, watery dal , tiny pieces of khubs bread, and 1 leg piece of chicken. Gosh, please don't cheat people in the name of the unlimited buffet. Finally, it was time to go home and the management of queue was unmanageable. It approximately took us more than an hour outside camp to go out to our car. An honest review its not worth money and your time. This group is similar people who are extremely good at arguing and though being in a hospitable industry they don't understand the importance of customer service #UniversalDesertCamp

Best Desert Safari service provider..
We enjoyed the desert bike ride, land cruiser ride and other activities at the campsite.
Also provides pure veg buffet.

i went on the afternoon /evening safari and it was really good....dune bashing throwh the desert safari at sunset, BBQ dinner,shisha smoking ....the most fun u can have in an evening in the safari tour....thanks Mr Umair
