It is amazing trip on a budget. You get what you paid for and more! The dune dashing was great! Out driver was wonderful ???? ????. Sunset in a desert was fantastic! The show in the village was unique, and food was decent. You wouldn't be disappointed!

Terrible experience, Mr Feroz was the first driver, picked us up at 14.00 and we wait 1h inside the car waiting for other clients. After that we drive for another 40min to a second location.

This location with hundreds of people were basically you wait 40 min doing nothing while people try to sell you different stuff that is not included on the package.

My wife is pregnant so we asked him to drive slow. Instead of driving himself he brought us to another car , with another driver who didnt even introduced himself. Bad customer service. We didn’t feel comfortable because the driver put bad face when we asked him to put down music or open the windows.

After sand cruise we travel to another location where AGAIN we changed car and driver. We were treated like cows, hundreds of cars and people and staff only trying to sell you stuff. My father wanted to pray but driver didn’t care and told us to wait to reach camp where he can pray.

We are now in camp, waiting for dinner on the table and people keep approaching us, like annoying flies, trying to sell drinks and scarfs that are not included on the package…

We wait there because maybe promised bbq dinner might be good but after seeing the snack ( see picture ) we decided to leave before the end.

Original price was 600 aed, but because I paid with card they decided to charge me 645aed instead... Obviously it was not worth it for the quality of this experience .

If you want a good experience I recommend you Rose Desert company, that was good. I regret I didn’t book with them this time.

I advise not to use them at all

I booked the adventure for my parents in law and they were absolutely happy with the experience . They enjoyed themselves and it was what they were looking for . Booking it was also a piece of cake . I contacted the company via WhatsApp and got immediate response . After I provided the required information , nothing else was needed . On the day the driver got in touch with us and everything went smoothly . Good value for money , totally recommend it .

This tour was amazing! :-) I really enjoyed dune bashing. A food was delicious. Our desert safari guide, Rayid explain very well everything. Thank you so much for your great service! Hope one day to come again.

We were a team of 9 people and in 2 different hotels. We booked at the very last minute and Rayid's response was immediate! He confirmed our booking straight away via whatsapp. Both chauffeurs contacted us to let us know that they would pick us the next day at the hotel, they were both on time.
We were delighted with our driver Mourad and the other driver, he is the kindest person, very professional and they made sure we were not mixed with the other tour operator's guests. It really felt like a private tour. They took us to the best pictures spots in the desert. We got first to the quad place and the camp and skipped the whole crowd. We were comfortably seated at the VIP section for dinner and paid an upgrade of 50 AED. I really recommend the VIP section as you get served throughout the dinner and you don t have to stand uo to go and serve yourself at the buffet with the rest of the guests.
I highly recommen Desert Safari Dubai!!!!!! Loved it! Thanks a lot.
