One of the craziest and close to hell like experience i had for 8 months working here. First of all i would like tell everyone. That no matter how good your education you will always end up labour worker, Indian’s rule this company. I worked here and was expecting machine operator or computer operated machinery kind of job here. But sadly i was given labour work without even knowing that i was allocated to the labour section.

It was once in a life time experience in a horrible way (like living in hell). Work is so hard / dangerous / hazardous / life treating. They don’t change the filter of the mask in 2 weeks time. There is no 2 off days. They never throughly check your full body health. Food is not even up to standard for multi country employees. Also for the risk that we have to take for all the jobs they offer is less payed. They need to used advance technology for the smelting aluminum in less harmful ways without using the old methods continuously.
