The most pathetic customer service. The worst facilities management company. I just rented out an apartment in one of their buildings, the process to activate the chiller has not been done in 4 days so far.
Please be careful before renting out or buying a property from them

The worst facility management company in Dubai. They branched out to Nationwide, a company designed to drain money from you for services you never requested. Registration and final bills for things you never asked for. Good luck if you are in a building "managed" by them.

Never but NEVER deal with them . They ignore your emails and never solve problem. I have no hot water since I moved in the building (16 days now ) and they are telling me my tap mixers are broken ???? Finally I called real plumber and he said the water that is coming to my apartment is cold. (We have boiler on the roof and my unit is last so their boiler is not strong enough.) Now I managed to involve Land Department and my lawyer but to avoid all this stress just stay away from them .

If there is NEGATIVE rating, i would love to give that.
I have never ever seen such a unprofessional company. No one is taking responsibility to reply to mail or call, after several reminders also, no response. The receptionist is so rude, don't want to listen your query and more worst part, whenever you call, they will say all executive went for lunch.

ONE OF THE WORSE FACILITY MANAGEMENT IN DUBAI. VERY COMPLICATED PROCEDURE. SO UNPROFESSIANAL THEY CANT TRACE EMAIL AND THEY PROVIDE DIFFERENT INFORMATION ABOUT ONE ACCOUNT. I REGRET NOW I MOVED TO BUILDING UNDER THEIR MANAGEMENT
