I had a terrible time on the Dhow Cruise. It was nothing like the advertisements promised. I had to wait for half an hour before the boat even left the dock. Then I had to sit on the lower deck for another hour, while other guests enjoyed their food on the upper deck. By the time it was our turn to eat, there was hardly anything left. The food was cold and bland, and the music and lights were annoying. I felt like I wasted my money and time on this cruise. It was supposed to be a relaxing and cultural experience, but it turned out to be a nightmare. Thank you for wasting our time and money. We will make it sure not to come back again.

a very pleasant boat trip. friendly staff, delicious food. I was surprised that the ticket price includes a buffet. I have walked along the shore many times, but the same way by boat is beautiful. cool photos were taken by a photographer on a boat. thanks guys

A wonderful experience. Had really good programs outlined as well as the seating. The food had good varieties as well. The staff and crew are always there to cater to our needs. Had an awesome time overall. The dance variants area treat to the eyes

Bad experience. The food was of poor quality. The male staff was so rude. After the starters, when some of us tried to take the buffet main course, they closed the tray, saying that you were coming for the second time. It's a kind of insult. If there are any conditions, they could have told us earlier or in a good way. I asked the name of the person who serves. They didn't even say the name. They don't have a uniform, not even a name plate, which they should have. I don't know if they are employees of the same company. We told them we didn't want the food any more. They finished the cruise much earlier than the time promised, and we just got out and had tea and snacks from the coffeeshop there.

My family had fun. Decent boat and food varieties. The toilet needs proper cleanup, but overall the experience was good. Staff are very accommodating and friendly specially the lady photographer and the henna artist. My mom and my daughter loves their henna tattoo.
