Dhow Cruise Marina Dubai

We had a very bad experience on 25th Jan 20 20 at Dhow Cruise Marina where,
1.Cruise staff showed a poor customer experience,even though we boarded first we were not provided a preferred place to sit and they made a fake promises to change the place even though other seats were empty.
2.Washroom was pathetic,no cleanliness and my daughters finger got struck in the wash room door and badly injured her finger while waiting outside in que to rooftop.
3.The health and safety facility was zero and even they didn't help in first aid to my daughter and we had to rush outside pharmacy to bring basic medicine.
4.The hospitality was very poor and one of the worst experience ever in Dhow Cruise.
5.After Dhow cruise we have informed the situation to Mr.Zaheer but we didn't receive any good response from him except by saying sorry.
6.The scheduled departure was 8:30 pm but cruise actually departed at 9:15 pm which made us to pay extra amount for transport and kids weret uncomfortable and not recommended to family.
7.The food was not good at all and felt no value for money.
8.The cruise was very conjust to move around and filled with many seats even not comfortable for the dance floor which is special attraction in all Dhow cruises.

Overall it's a very bad experience,waste of money and time.

I have enjoyed desert safari tour with this company. Driver was very nice and food quality was good. I recommend them for desert safari dubsi tour
