I called the center asking for the yoga classes informing that I was pregnant (one of the few exercises highly recommended while you are pregnant). They offered me the individual classes obviously three times more expensive. I asked them that I would like to join the group class as I prefer to socialize also and, if needed, the instructor could advise on the postures that I should avoid. They said that was fine, they sent me the location and told me that I should simply inform the instructor and come earlier to the class. However, after reaching the place the instructor told me that I could not join because of the pregnancy and insisted again on the individual one, simple thing that could have been warned by phone as I called earlier to inform that I was coming.
I didn’t have the opportunity to join the class but since I didn’t have problems joining other yoga classes during my pregnancy with professional instructors advising, it seems that this people can only copy some posture from YouTube and offer more expensive deals.

Dhyana Dubai Pilates and Yoga Studio is one of a kind in the fitness world. No matter what your expectations are, your experience will be better. With its state-of-art equipment, 'elegant' ambience with a beautiful view of the city and impeccable service, it continues to live up to its reputation. Thanks to the encouraging trainers, I have recovered completely from my knee pain. I owe it to them and to the people who wish to stay fit, to acknowledge them with thanks for their role in helping me recuperate from a serious knee injury. Kudos to the management for ensuring that the studio continues to meet world standards with its service and facility, contributing to the community and teaming up with the government to make Dubai the world-class hub for fitness.

Shraddha’s classes are excellent. She is very knowledgeable and customizes her pilates classes based on your body type and needs. I highly recommend her.

Dhyana ~ as the name describes, this venue gives absolute peace while attending sessions. Very neat and clean ambience makes anyone to have the feel again and again.
I would strongly recommend this place for Yoga and Pilates session for groups as well as for individuals.

The yoga and pilates at dhyana is so personalized. The instructors are extremely professional and whenever I do not have the right pose they always help me correct it, so that I don't hurt myself. I would recommend dhyana to everyone.

Dhyana: WOW such a vibrant place to workout and do yoga, always such a positive vibe and atmosphere here, I have gone addicted to this awesome studio, the people here are so full of warmth They do their best to make you feel healthy and take pride in yourself. Love you Dhyanadubai ????❤️

I did my first Kundalini class with Nancy. Loved the studio, loved the teacher, loved the energy.
Highly recommend, such a safe space to unwind and get to practice different types of yoga.

I recently knew about Dhyana in Dubai and has absolutely become one my favorite studios. Everyone there is so friendly, generous and warm-hearted! They always offer a variety of classes with top instructors/teachers at convenient timings and most importantly reasonably priced. Best of luck Dhayana Team!

Visited Railway 25/6/2023 (PM) with My Brother Nigel who lives locally [Unfortunately he is profoundly Deaf & now has a Terminal illness ????].
The Landlady & her Husband have created a Wonderful Community Hub based around this Pub second to none.
The Landlady is welcoming & friendly and is a Very loyal Friend to my Brother.
The Pub is Immaculate & Ale superb and reasonably priced, and the Local Folks look out for each other!.
Not just a Pub, Home from Home!.
Will I go back OH YES!!. :)

Great pub and ales .. very clean and cosy .. log fire . Big screen sport .. juke box and beautiful beer garden with far reaching views over the valley . Selina and the bar staff very friendly and knowledgable about the real ales . . Now opened next door is the “buffet carte” .. .. a log cabin open from 4 pm to 8.30 pm serving superb home cooked British food for takeaway . From shepherds pie lasagnes , to loaded fries and burgers ( takeaway Sunday lunches available from 2pm .. full works £6.50 !! ) . Order your food and have a pint . Wayne is an amazing chef . Or he’ll have it ready for you when you lea e the pub . Great value for money and such tasty food ! Beats every thing else hands down .

6 ales on mostly low gravity but served in good nick, catch the bus to the bottom of railway st more choice of buses.
