I’m not sure why on the other reviews it says the place is really nice and good facilities. Don’t expect it. Is old and the bed I was seated once I put my head on the “hole” was smelling so bad I asked to put a pillow instead. The place is old, the door needs to change as you can’t even read the name, washrooms are old style also. However I would say the massage was surprisingly good. Felt very good after, thanks to Mimi. By the end they started drilling smthg and was not really necessary knowing you have costumers that want to relax. If they could make few changes and renovate would be a good place. Not sure if I’ll go again.

An Unpleasant Spa Experience: A Disappointing Encounter
Today I had the opportunity to visit a spa with a friend, having made our reservation over the phone. Our expectations were high as we anticipated a rejuvenating experience, including a one-hour massage and a Moroccan bath. However, what unfolded during our visit left us utterly dissatisfied,shedding light on the unprofessionalism we experienced and the subsequent disappointment that
Upon our arrival at the spa, we were disheartened to learn that the initially agreed-upon price of 600 dirhams had been increased to 650 dirhams simply because we intended to pay by card rather than cash which we accepted.
The massage therapists displayed a notable lack of professionalism, which was evident throughout our time at the spa. Their demeanor, attitude, and skill level left much to be desired, leaving us feeling unsettled and uncomfortable . Wost was the Moroccan bath portion of our visit. Instead of receiving the Moroccan bath we had anticipated, we were simply provided with a scrub. When I inquired about the discrepancy, the staff member insisted that what she had provided was, in fact, the Moroccan bath. This misrepresentation of services was both disconcerting and misleading. Upon bringing the issue to the attention of the receptionist, we were met with a dismissive response, with the suggestion that we should instruct the staff on what they should be doing. This lack of accountability and responsibility further exemplified the unprofessionalism that permeated our experience.
The inconsistent pricing, unprofessional staff, and misrepresentation of services created an atmosphere that was far from relaxing and rejuvenating. It is with great reluctance that I conclude that this spa is, unequivocally, the worst I have ever encountered. I firmly believe that my friend and I have wasted both our time and money in choosing this establishment. I am left with no choice but to adamantly vow never to return. I hope that by sharing this account, others will be spared from such an unpleasant experience and instead find solace in a spa that upholds the professionalism and quality that customers rightfully expect.

I was referred to Diamond Star Spa by a friend of mine who also has a membership there. I decided to give them a try, and I am so glad that I did! Excellent massage after a long flight. Very friendly and efficient. I told my technician I have elbow injury”tennis elbow” and she gave extra attention. Highly recommend Diamond Star Spa.

They told me that they only accept CASH. No credit/debit cards... this is so strange everyone in dubai accept cards why this massage place don't accept.
