Great service. Answers in WhatsApp and by phone pretty fast and respectful. Order was delivered exactly as expected date. They are also flexible. First I ordered Cash on Delivery. But then I understood, that I want pay by online and just see the box at my home door with no additional actions. And it was done with great customer managers Kim and Tony

amazing - I literally came across digitech by accident on the google search. I read the reviews and i was amazed at how true these reviews are....i ordered my small rig cage and i literally got it in less than 24 hours

that is superb aslo the prices was amazing.......even cheaper than Amazon

I've purchased pretty much everything i have from them. Great customer service, i had no issue with any of the equipment.

Employee, Danilo, will help, guide and provide you support in case you are not sure about the product.

Online orders were quickly delivered compared to few competitors and was always communicated before reaching the destination.

Totally recommend having a visit in the store.

I purchase film sound Equipment quite often and from various outlets. My first time experience with DIGi Tech was quite convenient.

I purchased a little mixer controller. Payed for it online. Next day it was at my door step.

I also visited them to see the place and buy some adaptors. However, the adaptors didn’t work with my gear. I returned them back and was immediately refunded. No questions asked.

In general, the staff at DIGI TECH made me feel that they want to help me succeed with my venture as a freelance film maker.
