Buying a car from Havant car company has been a stress free and enjoyable experience. Max is not only very knowledgeable but also trustworthy. He is not pushy and does everything he can to make the experience straightforward and not forced. I would and will recommend them to everyone.

Zero stars if possible. Can only speak of my one experience with them, and Max that works there. I inquired about a car, Max told me it wasn't ready to view or sell as they just received it and it needed to go through the garage before any views. Max emailed me and stated he would inform me as soon as it's ready. I had the money to buy the car and also wanted to part ex my old vehicle. I didn't hear anything for 3 days, on the fourth day I checked Havants web page and saw the car had been reserved with a deposit. Emailed Max, and he stated a couple walked in and paid a deposit. And that he was going to email me to tell me it was sold. Which is useless. Judging by his lack of care, and responsibility I would not use this company. I'm not one to tar all the same, but to do this so freely, must not be worried about consequences, or company reputation. He has no care for his own word or what commitments mean. Edit: regarding your reply Max, as the owner, thank you for proving my point. If this is how you behave I can only imagine the poor example you set for others. I honestly can't believe you think it's acceptable for a business to disregard their word and go back on commitments they make. I'm glad I bought my new car from a main dealership. I'd hate to have to trust you to do any work on a vehicle of mine. Avoid 100%

Recently purchased a new vehicle through Havant car company, and it was the easiest purchase I’ve ever made. Max went above and beyond explaining everything, showing me around the vehicle the time was taken with myself asking a lot of questions which was met with all the answers, extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
The vehicle was presented to me upon purchase in perfect condition the valeting team at Havant car company made this vehicle look better then showroom.

Would I recommend Havant car company.
YES 100% recommend to friends and family, perfect service professional and friendly nothing was rushed which made the buying experience that much nicer for me.

I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my time, but this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The customer service was first class and nothing was to much trouble. The car was prepared immaculately and to a very high standard, I would highly recommend HCC and will definitely be returning for my next car!

Great experience with the guys here. Found a lovely car for a great deal, went down to collect and was very thorough with explaining everything and don't rip you off like many places would. Car come exactly as described, would recommend.

The majority of people post reviews directly after they have bought the car but sometimes you find out how good a business is once there is an issue.

Hence why i am writing this review 3 months after purchasing the vehicle.

I travelled a 4 hour journey (8hours in total) from up North as Havant had a car which met the requirements I was looking for.

Firstly on coming to visit Havant Car Co I was welcomed and treated excellently by both Max and George. They were clear, helpful, friendly and offered great packages with the car. Most importantly the car was in immaculate condition.

Both Max and George made it easy to complete the purchase.

3 months later in my opinion this is where the real measure of a company begins.

Unfortunately the car developed a slight issue with the gearbox which was not present on test driving the car and was not affecting how the car performed.

As the car was under warranty i contacted Max as i was unsure how to proceed. Max went to the effort of looking for local specialist mechanics in my area, keeping me informed throughout and arranging the repair to the point where i only needed to drop the car off and collect it when it was ready.

The issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Let me be clear that when purchasing a vehicle this can happen to anyone whether brand new or used but the response was a credit to the business and puts other bigger chains to shame.

Where ever you are in the UK please visit this car dealership and they have fantastic cars at great prices and most importantly the customer service is exceptional.

It is refreshing to see a family run business taking pride in what they do.

I recently bought a car through the click and collect service that Havant Car Company offer, wow what can I say from the first phone call with Max and a few video calls to picking up the car I had great service. Government guidelines were followed regarding COVID-19 and I felt very safe picking the car up! The car is amazing and a true likeness to the advertisement along with the video call was really useful. I would highly recommend this company, they put main dealers to shame with their service. The car came with 12 months tax and Mot plus a full tank of fuel and a full detailed valet Well done guys
