Service was satisfactory. Ambiance was nice. Why am I rating it 4 is because of their arrogant behavior from the home delivery team!!!

My recent visit to Dine Garden at Al Ameed Plaza - Al Quoz was an utter disaster, and I feel compelled to share my experience to caution others from enduring a similar ordeal. From the extremely delayed and disappointing food to the dismissive attitude of the staff, this establishment left me with a sour taste in my mouth.
Service, Misleading Menu & Spoilt Hummus:
The first disappointment occurred when we ordered a full peri peri chicken, only to wait a staggering 40 minutes for it to arrive. To our dismay, the so-called "full chicken" was a meager portion without any leg pieces. It's baffling that they label it as a full chicken when it clearly isn't. When we raised our concerns with the staff, their response was unsatisfactory, claiming that it comes without leg pieces without any prior indication on the menu. This kind of misleading information is deceptive and unfair to customers. Adding to the frustration the hummus turned out to be spoilt, further compromising the overall dining experience.
Taste and Quality:
Not only was the portion size inadequate, but the taste of the peri peri chicken was also horrendous. It had an overwhelmingly sweet flavor, which completely deviated from the expected spicy and tangy profile. It was evident that the dish had been poorly prepared, lacking the necessary balance of flavors. Additionally, when we decided to order sulaimani, hoping for some respite from the disappointing meal, it was no better. The sulaimani tasted like nothing more than diluted, unpalatable sweet water. The lack of taste and quality in both dishes was truly disheartening.
Unprofessional Receptionist and Disregard for Feedback:
Upon expressing our dissatisfaction to the receptionist, we were met with an astonishing lack of professionalism. Instead of addressing our concerns seriously, the receptionist openly laughed and completely ignored our complaint. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer feedback is absolutely unacceptable.
Conclusion:
My experience at Dine Garden in Al Ameed Plaza - Al Quoz was an absolute nightmare. The excessively delayed and inadequate peri peri chicken, coupled with the poor taste and quality, left a lasting negative impression. The fact that the staff not only failed to rectify the situation but also responded with indifference and laughter when confronted speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. I strongly advise potential diners to steer clear of Dine Garden and explore other dining options that prioritize quality, professionalism, and genuine customer care.
