It’s always a great pleasure to visit the Dior Beauty Boutique in Dubai Mall. What a great experience to be welcomed by professionals who know exactly how to guide you. The enchanted atmosphere and the care of every one from the Dior team. You truly feel special. Dior is not a brand, Dior is a world of gratitude and embellishments. i always find sabah and saif welcoming and greeting me by the highest standards to make sure i get exactly what i need. Both the facial and the micro-peeling services with sabah are amazing and the quality is maintained everytime, specifically in dubai’s mall branch because of their welcoming treatment

Purchased a 450ml spice blend bottle of perfume back in January 23 for a birthday gift. Was promised a small refill bottle that comes with a cute little Dior bag and name engraved on the bottle. Seeing they were out of stock, I was promised a call back within a week as the bottles were on order. That never happened. I called after 2 weeks as a follow up, no bottles available and again was promised another call back. Again, no phone call. Left my name and number twice . Its now the end of March and no one at the boutique has reached out to me. As a high end store, it is extremely disappointing to see how a quick sale of a product takes precedence over customer satisfaction. This was a to complete a beautiful birthday gift ????????. Common Dior, work on your customer service ethics and do the right thing by not making empty promises.

Customer service should be the number one priority in any store because the customer will always relate his purchase by the way he/she was treated and greeted. I was attended by Hiba today and I didn’t feel welcomed at all. She wasn’t smiling nor introduced herself. The way she was showing me what I wanted or gave me the machine to pay was a bit harsh and not friendly at all. I wouldn’t want to come back to shop as long as I will be treated by someone like her. Please advise them that being nice to the customer is part of the purchase.

Always happy to buy my Dior fragrances. Skincare and makeup from the Dubai Mall boutique. the staff always welcome me and offer many helpful tips about the products I choose. I especially enjoy the complimentary gift wrapping, because it makes gifting feel even more special.

If I can give this store under zero I would for this rude staff
Yesterday I had the worst experience at Dior beauty Dubai mall !
One of the staff there I believe he’s Syrian He was full of attitude and he’s got a bad customer service however I asked about some gift with purchase as my friend recommended that if I purchase from Dior I will get a small pouch I liked it and went there he was like no you have to purchase more than 1500 aed for only makeup and we are not allowed to show you the gift anyways
And whenever we go there we ask for the samples they say it’s out of stock

They really need to change their attitude at the store and give us the best customer service experience

Worst experience ever, came to get few items and gifts, I was given a lot of false information by the staff, and they kept me waiting for a long time, even after approaching them with the items I needed no one was interested to help, and at the end they told me I have to wait when they are done with the customers who actually came after me!!! And I just decided to not get anything and left because of the horrible treatment! So disappointed
