Amazing building... clean and very nicely maintained building of Discovery Gardens.. Right behind the metro station not even 30mtr away....nice community building with great managment of Nakheel.....and its security 24x7...
will always prefer this building in Discovery gardens over any others....

This building is on street number 3 oppsit of building 45.
Thre are studio with 4 and 8 door in built cupboards. Small but smart kitchen, all the aparments have nice view from any window.
Masjid and under constuction metro station are very closed.
Sewimming pool and tennis cort also available. Swimming pool is free for all residents.

Nice and Well maintained building.

Parking now is extremely hard because of metro , any furniture truck finds it extremely hard to get to the building

Noisy, because metro train construction work is going on 24 hour.
