Shocking service at this surgery. Doctors here don't care about your symptoms or issues. They just recommended generic antibiotics and tell you to take shop pain killers to live with the pain. No advice on how to heal or prevent the issues just offer meds to mask issues. Also pushed covid vaccine as a solution to my completely unrelated issues, clearly the payment from pharmaceutical for pushing vaccines are more important then your heath. Avoid at all cost, motivated by money not your health!

Took my Mother there last week.
accepting wearing a mask, I can not believe the waiting room is still as it was during covid at it's worse. the receptionist are still baracaded in behind the orginal glass but the small gap between the desk top and bottom of the glass is blocked with various pieces of cardboard and there is still a row Chairs In front of the desk.. not very welcoming.

Lovely receptionists, shame about doctor. Makes it feel like a chore when your telling him what’s wrong and doesn’t tell you what’s wrong with you just gives you anti biotics and sends you away. You should never feel anxious to visit a doctor.

Possibly, one of the most unpleasant service experiences. If you can find something else, please do. I wanted to register for the surgery because I moved to Leigh on sea. I filled up all papers they asked for. After a few days, I got a call that I am not in the area they cover.
Firstly, there is no information to prove that I am not in your area and secondly, why would you accept documents if you see my address is not in your area? I believe, according to HNS, there are no restrictions on this.

Amazing service tonight. My husband is very poorly and first of all the wonderful receptionist could not have been more sympathetic and helpful . Then Dr Ng rang me back and after a short discussion, he sent a prescription through. I can't thank them enough!
