Unfortunately this has just become an expensive “car wash” SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE

I used to use this place once a year for car polishing and waxing and the job was decent with very minor comments

But now there is no detailing in whatever they do , management are very money oriented only

Took my car for polishing and waxing

-when i went to receive the car there were lots of scratches on my decal stripe ,and they said its okay these things come out when car gets polished,i told them that they should contact the customer before he comes and collect his car so he doesn’t get surprised and i got angry because i gave them a car with no scratches and received them (bare in mind all the previous years this never happened to that same decal)
-one day later i picked it up after i also paid for a new decal ,now that i am home i noticed some scratches are there ,what did they do ? They put a new decal on top of the old scratched one so with the time these scratches will appear again ,so they did MINIMUM unprofessional work to fix it

-when i got home i noticed they haven’t done a single detailing work as engine compartment wasnt detailed ,they only probably sprayed water on and thats it ,trunk corners still pretty dirty and dusty ,exhaust tips not cleaned and polished and when i open the doors there is allot of dirt in between car hinges and so

-they told me they found money so i should mention it to them when i pick up the car ,when i went there they preferred to pay with cash i told them i will pay with card and i asked them about the money ,and their response was “ooh once we take the cash we can’t give it back” at that point i was angry enough but didnt want to argue and waste my energy on them because they clearly just wanna make maximum money

So please guys if you care about your car ,there are many better places to go to ,and for the price there are many many cheaper places with better work ,horrible horrible place

Very disappointing quality of work (bumper repaint). I will let the pictures speak for themselves. The shop agreed and tried to redo it from scratch, but at the end the quality was still unsatisfactory, so they agreed to refund the money (which is why they get two stars and not one).

Excellent quality and customer service this is exactly what you are look for your car
The ultra ceramic is pretty strong
Best ceramic in the gulf with pretty good prices.
Just had a revisit for my refresh. Car looks as good as new. Their service doesnt seem to disappoint

I took my brand new car for full PPF and tint job, just to be surprised a couple of days later that I receive a parking ticket while the car is in their possession , you have to not forget, brand new car had 167 km when i dropped it off. The next day I come and the car is parked on a public parking spot infront of the neighboring shop. They said they would take care of the parking ticket as if they were doing me a favor, but if you care about PPF you know that the car should not be parked outside on a public spot when its supposed to be worked on to PROTECT the paint.

Fast forward when its time to pick it up, while applying tint, there is a razer mark on the leather below the rear driver window, in which they offered to "Paint" the leather on a car with 167 KM, It shouldn't happen in the first place by people who have been in business this long charging those prices, not recommended

PPF work was decent, but the mistakes mentioned above should not happen when the car is being dealt with by professionals who offer premium car protection services.

This company is certainly one of the top 3 in terms of service quality, value for money and l of professionalism! The management is very very very good and the staff are extremely friendly and with passion. Make sure to go here as they know what they are doing better than any other place in Al Quoz from my experience! They fixed by car seats and its looking better than original factory even! Really hats off to this amazing place! Super kool company !!!!

By far one of the best experiences I had today when i visited Ditec. Right from handling my query on whatsapp to the service getting done it was perfect. I had a bad day, when i found out that my car's bonnet got acid drips from leakage in my basement parking. I got in touch with Mohamed Ismail ( manager ) of the place, he told me that he has taken care of such issues before and asked me to walkin. When i went there, i was greeted by him and he had genuine concern about my car. Thank god that i noticed this early and came to him. Just by polishing the surface the marks were gone. The highlight was Mohamed's demeanour and conduct, it was class apart. I sincerly thank him for his efforts.

Area around the docks were recently rebuilt and there is a lot to see and do, including museums and food and drinks outlets

Large monument dedicated to those who lost their lives working in the engine room on ships around that time. Initially just for RMS Titanic but by the time it was unveiled it was then to honour all engine room staff.

This statue could have been a little bit larger. Although It is great that a memorial has been built, and the location is beautiful I do not recommed go just to see it. Make sure you go to the Beatles statue first which is 100 meters away, then walk towards the memorial. The gulls sound make it cool.
