Personal experience, multiple times...
If you know the process, great...
Their processes change every 4-6 months.. Btw
If you don't know the process to deal with dnata,
Not a single staff is willing to guide you through the
Process, be it the supervisor or the ground staff. Their staff thinks it's not important for a customer to know the process. They will make you run very disrespectfully from one counter to another extreme of the building 15 times. I would die of guilt before treating my clients like that.. But i guess they don't have any incentive to want to help.. Very frustrated staff who remove frustrations on their customers.
Ridiculous behavior by one of the ground staff who treated me like a peasant. Sadly even management dint do anything about it.
Im not exaggerating but 10 am to 5pm for a single pc general cargo shipment clearance... Definitely not acceptable... And management will say that's not our problem

They do have overall good service I would say. However, the down side is that there are hidden charges and you really should be careful.

Secondly, their phones work in a way that THEY are only allowed to call you, but for some reason; customers aren’t allowed to call ( it will ring but they will close on your face). Pathetic

Officials office of danata to receive international shipments Officials staff is good but the guys giving you the shipments they do not know how to speak and the worker who were loading the luggage in the car they throw your expensive shipment in front of you actually its a very long process to receive a shipment 1 office is here and other one is there
