What a a beautiful stay we had ! Special thanks Goes to Alice at the reception! She is phenomenal!!! Excellent customer service! She was very accommodating and made our stay amazing with her beautiful smile throughout! Will definitely be back… the rooms are amazing. Very specious and room service is offered everyday at your own convenience.
The breakfast at the hotel could be better… it lacks variety especially if you are staying for long. And the stuff their are not jovial. Another done side was the service at the rooftop restaurant/pool the stuff are less bothered about anyone or anything ! Never the less the hotel is in great location and super good hope they can polish up on those few things!
And ooh the security guy at the entrance one African gent super amazing guy super friendly to the kids as well.
Definitely recommend!!!

The first room they gave us was not satisfying. So we asked for another room. Amine helped us to get a new great room. He is extremely nice, professional and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt good. He is by far the best employee in this hotel ! So I recommend this place. Ask for Amine at the reception for a wonderful customer experience.

Family friendly and affordable.
We stayed here for 2 weeks. Our room got upgraded from standard to suite. Room was not maintained well initially for first 2 days, however afterwards they have been checking on us and maintaining the room pretty well. Very warm, accommodating and friendly staff who assisted us very well.

I have staying in Donatello Hotel, Al Barsha, Dubai for the past 3 months. My stay here in this Hotel was very pleasant with reasonable room rates and excellent service. All staff are very friendly and helpful. I will specifically highlight Mr Raj Kumar, housekeeping attendant for his excellent work in keeping my room clean and hygienic at all time. My sincere thanks to all staff of this hotel

Our stay at this hotel was good. Rooms were big and spacious and they have parking. Breakfast was good too. Reception staff (Priya) was amazing and very helpful. Our checkout during the day took an ugly turn. Upon inspection, they told us one of the mugs was missing (which they later found in the bathroom :p) and the latch lock was broken (we didn’t even use). Although these were minor complaints, we felt the treatment by the staff was not respectful. After a heated argument, they refunded us the deposit but not sure would visit this place again. Make sure you inspect your room thoroughly, if the staff calls you out on a missing glass, you first have to make sure you run through a checklist if everything is in order upon check in.

All I can say is, thank you Lucky for making our stay memorable giving us a larger room more than what we expected is the most amazing experience for me and my family!! We also loved the pool..but unfortunately the breakfast was kinda disappointing but all well! Thank you Lucky we will surely comeback soon because of you!

Been welcomed by the Oro Manager Stanislas. Very nice and I recommend anyone to ask him for your trip in Dubai, he also does Dubai tour with his nice car

Was nothing good about this Hotel. Would suggest all Indians to stay somewhere in Bur Dubai. Most of the services of this Hotel don't work. Major concerns we faced:

1. Broken room safety lock.
2. Room thermostat is broken, we were unable to increase room temperature at any point.
3. Swimming pool also malfunctioned. The heater in swimming pool doesn't work.
4. Room didn't have any good view.
