Majority of staff are courteous and helpful. They listen and help. I have a couple of issues with how I've been dealt with in accordance to my problems but once explained to my doctor about this it's never happened again. They understand not everyone wants to discuss the reasons for wanting an appointment but it does help them to help you better. Dr. Bradley is a wonderful doctor who I try to get appointments with but not always available due to demand I'm guessing. Any women who only wants to see a female doctor ask for her. She puts you at ease instantly and it's almost like talking to a friend. Friendly, kind, considerate, compassionate. She has helped me get over my unwillingness to go to the doctors for help.
