After speaking with Emma my appointment was quickly arranged and this lovely lady went that extra mile to put me at ease and help settle my mind. As a person who finds phonecalls difficult this is massive to me. Thank you Emma

Brilliant doctors surgery and really appreciate the kindness of the reception staff. Doctors genuinely care, and yes there can be a wait for an appointment if its not urgent but that's the same everywhere. If its urgent I've always been able to speak to a doctor.

Tried to get an appointment and was told needed to wait 4 weeks. The receptionists attitude is to go to the walk in centre if bad. Started phoning at 8am to get emergency appointment and didn’t get through until after 9am and all the emergency appointments had gone. This surgery has really gone downhill since covid. This is why the hospital is over run as GP,s can’t be bothered

Been calling for a few days, and we were told they can't give my partner an appointment, without asking her details. If they did, they would realise that she has no spleen, and any minor infection could turn into a major issue. Complained about it, and the reply was "our manager will come back to you after their holidays in TWO WEEKS". Compared to this place, it's better not to actually have a GP. Either way you won't get any help, but at least you would avoid the frustration.

While the doctors are lovely, the admin staff really need to improve. Things have to be asked 3-4 times to get done. We missed our antenatal vaccines and had to go elsewhere because the admin staff said we'd be contacted at the start of the flu vaccine cycle and we never were.
I understand there are a lot of patients too, but refusing to contact patients simply because you are a large practice is lacking compassion.

Just cannot get to see a GP,( or nurse) no appointments, 3 times in 3 weeks with the same breathing condition and cannot get an appointment, even though I ring and 8am and am put in a call back list.

I am shocked and appalled at the service I received today. I rang from 8am to be told there are no appointments.. That's after ringing all week to be told the same. I have anxiety and depression and recently has got to the point where leaving my bed is an issue. Even with this weather. I asked the lady what should I do because I can't wait for monday to be told the same she said she didn't no and to ring Monday. I dialled 111 who told me she has sent over some sort of 24 hour norice that I need to see someone. I then rang bac and was told that someone would get back to me today with an emergency appointment. 11am I rang back checked my number and was told the same. Then again at 1pm to be told the doctor was busy and hasn't had the chance to ring but to keep near my phone. Again number checked. Then at 4 I rang back to be told they had the wrong number and they now have no appointments for today. They have emergency appointments for over the weekend but there's none left. I'll be moving doctors as mental health obviously isn't a priority there.

I went to have my diabetes check with Laura today, 28/2/19 and can't praise Laura enough.
She greeted me with a lovely friendly smile, which instantly put me (a nervous patient) at ease. I have worked hard trying to get myself healthier and am achieving good results.
Laura celebrated these results with me and made me feel so proud of myself.
For a young nurse she has exceptional patient and people skills. She is a big plus to a very good medical centre.
