Worst doctors ever I went in regarding my toe and they told me I had to go to a podiatrist when a friend had the same issue and his doctors sorted it. I was also put with a girl that was on uni training that didn’t know much. Also can never get threw to them I just prefer to get over the illness or stuff myself or phone 101.. this country is on its arse. It may aswell be privatised

This medical practice should be closed down. They breach data protection by not giving you reports. They mess you around when your really poorly. They have tried covering up a serious health condition along with medical negligence.

I seriously suggest to anyone. If your poorly and doctors are not letting you have tests done. Messing you around. Be extremely careful because not just this practice but Brooke Hyde surgery and Clayton health centre all remove information from your medical records. Then try to kill you with life threatening medication. To cover up a serious health condition. Stay away from Tameside Hospital... It's hard to find a genuine Gp these days. Denton medical practice is a complete joke. The NHS is a complete disgrace that try killing people. It's absolutely disgusting along with this awful doctors practice that should be shut down.

All GPS should be shut down and replaced with treatment centres that actually diagnosis and treatment to the people instead of waiting and waiting and waiting. To die...

Worst GP service I have ever received. Receptionists need to go on a customer service course and learn how to answer phones. Drs are newly practicing/newly qualification who don’t have the required experience. And you’re just another number - no matter how many times you have seen them or discussed your issues. Absolutely rubbish and I will be seeking a new GP

This doctor's practice is unethical - they cancelled prescriptions for medications I was on for 35 years namely a reliever inhaler to force me to come in for an asthma review, leaving me without medication during an asthma attack. My asthma reviews have never been useful or changed anything, just blow into this tube and score the same as the last review. A few months later they decided to cancel me as a patient just after starting antidepressants because my address was not in the area, I had previously applied a year before that to stay at the practice despite moving so I had done what was required to stay at the practice. This left me without pain medication for my back and I was also not able to obtain the repeat prescription for the antidepressants and had to stop them despite being severely depressed. I have ASD and am thus a vulnerable patient, they simply do not care to check how their actions impact their patients. I still have not managed to register with a new practice, but I'm not going back there now. They said I have to re-register if I need to go back, I would rather suffer until I find a better practice.

It's a waste of words and nerves to describe what's going on there. 1 star because I can't give 0 stars. The Receptionists staf in this GP practice are so condescending! Just one Male receptionist is nice and helpful .I hope I will never have to deal with them again. Your health is nothing to them.I did live in many parts of England but have never experienced anything like this. Doctors don't care - They ignored my symptoms completely and now I have to go to have a procedure that could have ben avoided if the doctors hadn't downplayed my symptoms.... I finally broke down and left.....shame it wasn't sooner

Rang to see Doctor as really bad throat and chest. Sent pic in of throat at 10am nothing all day I chased and got a call back The doctor said I think it’s viral.
Rang the doctors again following day struggling to breath and swallow no appointments left!
Ended up with an ambulance blue lights everything - Suspected sepsis - luckily it was a severe infection which Doctor might of known had he seen me and examined me

Mental health support is almost non existent even in cases where it's well documented over years & every ailment you have is a "viral infection". Do not expect to get an appointment booked less than a month from when you're actually ill. Some of the staff are just rude.

Tried to join this practice as I live in Dane Bank Denton. Apprently I don’t live in the area. I live 0.7 miles closer than one of their other patients. (My parents)
Surgery making up their own rules, spoke to NHS directly and they don’t set the rules for the practice. Manager will not speak to me. Surgery reported and complaint raised.
