Useless practice. Don't bother! What good is the online service if it never has available appointments? ALL the time.
Not everyone wants to call and stand in queues constantly. These people need to live up with the times! I think the reception is doing this on purpose to justify their jobs.

If I could post minus scores they would certainly get a minus score.
I have a serious condition which is causing me excruciating pain. 9 weeks ago I had an appointment with a doctor from this clinic.
He promised me that a letter would be sent to the hospital so I could have some scans.

Due to no correspondence coming from this surgery other than to fill out surveys from Surveymonkey, I have to call repeatedly.
Most times nobody will answer the phone.
After no letter being sent I requested an emergency appointment and complained.
As soon as I complained I was given an emergency face to face appointment.
The doctor and receptionist apologized unreservedly and admitted my care was poor at this clinic. They promised me the letter would be sent as priority that day .
Almost two weeks later after another 5 calls to the clinic I am told that the letter still hasn't been sent. Doctor has given me no pain relief and does not know anything about my condition.
I cannot go to the hospital as I need a referral from a GP.

We wonder why the NHS is in a poor state and underfunded and then look at this clinic and you see your answer.

They do not care for you correctly.
They allow your condition to deteriorate and do not make the correct referrals to the hospital at the right time . This means that the cost of your care increases massively and the length of time you suffer and the time it takes for you to get well again increases which in turn shortens your life span.
They ignore the telephone.
The receptionists are rude .
They get prescriptions wrong all the time and seems like they alter your prescription without authorisation.
The doctors seem to lack knowledge and common sense.
The clinic is constantly empty but there are doctors and nurses there and yet they can never give you an appointment.

The NHS need to do something regarding this type of doctor service.

DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC.

Unprofessional and under cualified, it is so bad that if I could put a 0 could be still not enough. It is so disappointing that GPs are so Unprofessional these days no matter you are pregnant or any other vulnerability.

Gone right down used to be a really good doctor .receptionist no respect .for you .like trying to get blood out of stone . been at this doctors for years.

I have a child who is under 1 and can never seem to get threw when she has health problems. I'm a new patient aswel moved from a rubbish practice to another rubbish practice.......

been waiting for 25 minutes and still no answer so far. apparently i’m caller number 2. calling for my prescription, not even calling at peak hours.

Take a month to get results and a treatment plan off what’s gonna happen from the results after constantly ringing they put it through as urgent got a message an hour later saying ring the practice so I did and another week it took to actual see the doctor and discuss what needs to happen this is a joke and total unfair when people are in so much pain it’s not own

If I could give it zero stars I would. Incompetent people, misdiagnosis, jumping to conclusions without even listening to symptoms and refusal to investigate to provide an actual diagnosis. They like to give out painkillers instead of finding the root cause of the issue, diagnose people based on a 2 minutes conversation over the phone. I'll put a complaint on and find another GP practice, I am sick of it, it's got even worse after COVID.
