Ive send a courier through this worst company and once its received it doesnt even have the listed items in the box. He was telling like we should raise the compalint in 24 hrs once me and family is here how do he expect us to check the cargo and do the checking. Once my family is in india we opened the box and found this. Once i have called them the guy one Mr. Noufal the manager attended the call and he was like shouting at the customers. Is this the way that a manager should talk with the customers instead of finding some solution. We dont get things freely or u dont send the items freely. If u took cash from us then it is your responsibility to get the stocks until the destination without any issues. Once u raise the issue this is not the way to get the issue resolved. If u dont know (mr. Noufal ) how to talk properly then resign and go and sit in ur home without 1% professionalism.
I hope this will be seen by everyone and reach until consumer rights dept will be seen this. Never ever send anything from this kind of company where unprofessional peoples work.

I had given them to send the cargo. Said to send by ship. It was sent in March 2022 and today is August 2023 and still I have not received my cargo.Every day i call them and their respond you can get within few days thats only.Worst experiece.

Very bad experience.

I send my cargo on January, as of now i haven't received the delivery.
Iam following up with their customer service for last 4 months continuously, every time they say (it's not released from customs, all the shipments are blocked in customs) it will release within a week, and sometimes very bad experience from their customer service. Still they are not giving a confirmation about the delivery.

Please don't take this Dr cargo service, my cargo not delivered even after 135 days.

Invoice 504197 .They don't even deserve 1 star for this un professional organization. I made sea cargo on 29th Jan' 23but more than 6 months I have not received my cargo in India .. They put all the blames on customs people for even the delays from their end. NEVER PREFER DR COURIER AND NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. I hope this review will be helpful to people who dont want to suffer like I am doing . on top of that pathetic customer service and no responsibility

Worst cargo service... I have have seen.... from last 6 month our cargo is stuck in India.. can't be deliver to our location.. and they are not bothered to do anything... requesting all of u.... kindly don't fall for their words.... they are worst cargo service provider

Worst company that i have ever seen in my life, they are money looters, i have sent my cargo 65 days back and till now no updates and they are giving excuses like customs clearance, and very very very poor customer service also...Please dont go there

The worst.. worst.... worst cargo company. is there any option to remove the one star?

5 months now my cargo is not delivered and simply keep blaming Indian customs. Really vey bad poor cheap service ever had.

Just dump your cargo to ocean, but never send cargo with this cheap company.

Bad service ever and no one responds so ever they said 45days maximum but still my stuff not reached it’s gonna more than 55days and not saying it will take more 15days. I have marriage function and gift I have sent . For sure tomorrow 20th may 2023 I will go shop Karama Dubai . And I will post in Facebook, twitter, TikTok..
