I am utterly disgusted and frustrated with the abysmal service provided by DR Courier and Cargo Company. My recent experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. I entrusted them with the responsibility of delivering my consignment, and it has been over five months since the expected delivery date, yet there is no sign of my package.

To add insult to injury, DR Courier and Cargo Company has shown a complete lack of transparency throughout this ordeal. They have failed to provide any legitimate reasons for the delay, leaving me to wonder if my package has been lost or mishandled. The lack of accountability and professionalism from this company is simply unacceptable.

In today's fast-paced world, where reliable and efficient courier services are a necessity, DR Courier and Cargo Company has proven themselves to be utterly unreliable and incompetent. Their inability to meet basic delivery deadlines reflects a profound disregard for their customers' time and trust.

Furthermore, the financial losses incurred as a result of this delay are significant. I have had to bear the costs of missed opportunities and the inconvenience caused by the non-delivery of my consignment. DR Courier and Cargo Company's negligence has had a direct impact on my personal and professional life.

I strongly advise against using DR Courier and Cargo Company for any delivery needs. Their abysmal service, prolonged delays, and lack of accountability make them a highly unreliable and untrustworthy choice. Its been 6 months there is no update on my Cargo to kerala. Based on their fancy advt i did also trust their service to send my valuables .. people who are planing to send the items take it as a genuine review please be mindful. Now these guys are saying i will receive in 10 days or before 30 of the month every time i call . they already told me 3 times.
I need a proper update on the situation of the item.

Invoice 504197 .They don't even deserve 1 star for this un professional organization. I made sea cargo on 29th Jan' 23but more than 6 months I have not received my cargo in India .. They put all the blames on customs people for even the delays from their end. NEVER PREFER DR COURIER AND NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. I hope this review will be helpful to people who dont want to suffer like I am doing . on top of that pathetic customer service and no responsibility

It’s been 70 days and still my shipment hasn’t delivered yet ,a straight forward example for unprofessionalism and very disappointing customer service!!

Will never ever deal with them again and won’t even recommend them

Very bed service. Mr.Ajmal Sale person told me to the price 1KG 4.90 after the packing done they ask documentation charges 40 AED extra. If you guys handling the customer service you have to be tell customer before.

Dubai you cannot fix anything without getting stress out!! Sad.

Do not recommend! But if you want to lose money, welcome!

DO NOT TRUST THIS CARGO COMPANY. Their service is Pathetic and cannot be trusted. Especially, when your dealing with Niyas, Rocky and Vicky. They collect the cargo and also the full amount and the goods are never delivered.

I had a terrible experience with this company and lost both the cargo and money. I will Not Recommend this company and would suggest to ho ahead with ABC Cargo

I send ship cargo on 26 Jan 2023 and still not reached to Kerala. Customer care also no response. You may save 1 or 2 AED per kg with this DR courier and for sure you will not get your items on time that they said.

do not send anything from here
it's been 80 days today, still haven't received my cargo.
Dr. Courier and Cargo has very bad service.
None of the helpline numbers work, and I am sure they don't have an office in Mumbai. It's been 54 days today, I have not received my stuff.
All are very evasive, irresponsible and liars.۔۔ .
