Loved the idea. Car park transformed into mini mall at the ground floor and the rest of floors as car parkings. Really smart.

Great new addition to the famous Dragon Mart! Finally there is an additional Multi-Storey Parking [2 covered levels and one rooftop level] located on the Ras Al Khor Road just when you enter the service road. With more than 1500 parking spaces, there is finally an alternative to the always crowded parking on the other side [front of Cosco Logistics]. The shops located at the ground floor are more bright and spacious than the ones located in the standard Dragon Mart. We have noticed few shops that are presents in both places, and we have also noticed increased retail prices from merchants in the new place. Still, it is very convenient to have a covered parking at this part of the Dragon Mart. Good Job.

I would always prefer this multistorey parking lot. It's the safest area as the ground outside parking area has lots of loading and unloading activities.

Easy access parking and exit. It's become a furniture section and the prices are very high.
