A model makers dream place. Friendly,helpful staff. It's a huge warehouse, packed with kits etc from around the world. Many I'd never heard of. It would take more than a few hrs to look round properly.

This place is a model makers dream. The staff are very friendly and there to help if you need anything. They have so much stock.

It would seem they have everything, but therein lies one of the two small problems. There are no labels or prices on anything. It's easy enough to see which models are which, but there are rows upon rows of boxes with no description at all. It would be nice if you had an idea of what was inside without having to look inside every one.

The other small issue is the website. No offence but it looks like it was designed 20 years ago in front-page. It's not remotely mobile friendly. I know it's a lot to catalogue but spending a bit on a new one would undoubtedly reap rewards.

Basically if you know exactly what you want just go ask someone, but if you want to browse it can de frustrating.

On Holiday and had to pay a visit, I never seen anything like this before it was jaw dropping and the staff are all on hand to help and guide you and are really friendly.
I urge anyone who is in the near area to pay a visit you won't be disappointed.

Great company and great people. Had some trouble with the postal service but Hannants was very helpfull and we solved everything out!

Called in whilst on holiday. Great to finally visit such a renowned model store. HANNANTS!!! Staff were very friendly and helpful and welcoming. However, the young lady on the front desk lacked some of these qualities as her manner was fairly abrupt. She let the visit down, hence the four stars.

Superb friendly staff, helped us out needing a certain scalpel handle, no problem was too big. Could not believe the amount of models in stock in the warehouse, a modellers dream.
