Terrible service. Poor installation of an overpriced a/c unit. Refused to give me the original receipt for the unit and would only provide an invoice from their company. They charged me 6000 dirham and the a/c unit which has still never cooled my apartment.
They returned to say that the unit they installed was not compatible with my indoor thermostat and fan and it was not their problem as the outdoor unit was working. The system then flooded my roof cavity causing water damage and roof cracking and they are refusing to assist. DO NOT use this company.

Tried alot of Technician before but failed to understand the problem. This company has experienced workforce and solved the problem very quickly. Well mannered also and professional too. Well done Hassan Raza and Harwinder Singh.

Idiots and they do not know what they are doing. Cheaters and thugs. I called them looking at their website on internet and had to repair my Appartment AC Chiller system as the AC was not cooling the Appartment. The idiots spent 3 days doing trial and error and eventually I paid AED1300 without any improvement in AC cooling.

Dream cool is a professional company in Dubai that provides a high level of services to install, repair the residential and commercial Air conditioners. They are very helpful and always giving hand to their clients without any problems.

Replacing the AC Dream Cool Air Conditioner performed the ac repair for our house to a very high standard. After I called AC service, he was at our house within an hour. At 8 a.m. Marina quickly corrected the issue, and we were back in operation!
