Taken from Scott Road Medical Centre to York Hospital on 4th August with heart problems. Crew very kind, caring, attentive and professional. On arrival at hospital the crew were proactive in progressing me quickly to the appropriate department for treatment.

Would like to thank Aimee-jo , Paul and ?? ( computer whizz kid ????) Tue 2-8-22
They came to my home to assist my father .
Very lovely , professional and efficient .
All 3 took the time and had patience to try and understand what my dad was saying which is a difficult task for most due to his dementia .

Six weeks ago I was in need of assistance due to chest pains.
After calling 111 the crew were on site in minutes and diagnosed a flutter / abnormality in my trace on their machine.
This test was repeated in the ambulance and the information was sent to LGI who advised York as the destination. A blue light transfer was rapidly carried out.
Here I am back home following a Heart by-pass procedure on the mend and it is with great thanks and gratitude I am happy to post this review.
Sensational care and performance from the team involved, the team being the 111 operator the dispatcher and most of all the crew.
