staff not able for help just informed about closing time knowing i came before 10 minutes before closing time and I’m on harry my purchase will not take more than two minutes the shop was empty and i asked several time for help staff came to tell me that they want to close no help in this moment ! i went out and I return back to other shop and i buy with then two minutes with helpful staff

I have ordered Dec 20th but they didn't deliver. Call their customer service 3rd of January 2022 to follow up. They told me they have delays in their warehouse. Until today, 12th of Jan. I didn't hear from them. No deliveries. Called customer service again and said the same thing again and ask me to wait. I cancelled the order. Hopefully I get refund. But based on so many reviews, it takes forever before they refund. I'm never going to order here again. They are FRAUD! They take your money but they won't give you the item. Will never initiate to contact you if there are any delays or whatever happened to your order. Even if you call then, they will not give you update. They will let you wait for nothing.

I wish there was no rating for this place, worst then no customer care.it was supposed to be a birthday gift, it took them 2 months to process a refund since they don't exchange, and their policy is only 7 days , then had to place another order it took them 25 days which should be 5/7 days upon payment, daily lies from agents who are very rude and unprofessional in their line of work, it reach to a point that i had to raise a complaint to DED to get things done. I dont recommend buying online Dont be fooled by their discounts. If its available in the shop then get it from
There or chose outlets.

FRAUD!
Never ever buy from this shop.
I returned an item 2 weeks ago, and I'm still waiting for the refund.
They won't tell.me the reason behind the delay, they even refuse to send me any emails.claiming it's in their policy to never send emails to customers.
Whenever i call.asking to speak to someone from the refund team they claim they have no direct line and someone will call me back.which never happened of course
