What kind of telecommunication provider you are. I was using your du 4g router since last 1 yr it was good.. Last 3 month you people were calling continously to upgrade to new 5g plan.since i started receiving your call for upgradation i am sure you have reduced some internet power forcing me to switch to 5g.
The profit you got from this upgrading is i will be making new 1yr contract for which i have to pay cancellation fee if i break the contract if early.
Now the problem is after upgrading to new 5g router in its display it has 5g signal and 4g signal points.. But in actual when i logged in through ip only you are providing 5g and 2.4g connection.. More over i am staying in international city where your 5G NETWORK IS WEAK i am saying this because inside the room your signal strength is showing as NORMAL ... When i keep near to door outside its showing MODERATE and STRONG.
My request is keep additional enough tower services before engaging a new system..
Your 5G IS WEAK..
