Totally disorganized! You changed twice the time of the technician visit without mentioning it to me. Lost a day waiting. Meanwhile you called me 3 times to propose service I was already subscribed. ???? My advice to you: reallocate your money invested in marketing into a proper CRM system.

20 years in UAE. I have never faced such pathetic service from a telecom company. Been using etisalat all my life. And du proved me right that Etisalat is the best

I have been contacting du for the past 12 days now.
Ever since i got the connection my landline has not been working, no incoming or outgoing calls..!! i have repeatedly called them and they promise to ask the technical team to get in touch but no one ever calls.. every single day i have been calling and getting the same response. There is no manager on floor to escalate the issue, all the call centre staff has to say is the issue has been escalated and we will make sure it will be solved within the day. I have been telling them repeatedly how important it is for me to use the landline but they just do not care. They are not ready to send a technician home to solve the issue, they just keep saying the technical team are trying to solve the issue from the office if they think it is required to send a technician they will.. i do not understand whats taking them 12 days to send a technician/ solve the problem.

Never ever going to use du again, never ever going to recommend du to anyone.
The call centre i’ve been calling is in al salam tower as one of the agents mentioned.

Worst internet provider! They don’t respect timings that they scheduled and no accountability for mistakes they make.

Called into Banbury branch today to pay for a new vehicle. They were extremely helpful, the cashier was called Joseph and he guided me through the whole process and reassured me. If I could give 10 stars I would.. thank you

Do quite a bit on line,but usually go in about once or twice a month and all the staff are excellent and willing to help wherever they can. Can't fault them.

Appalling ' waited for an hour, and was qué jumped by a member of the staff? , Only to be told I could not open a second account unless it was online. Unhelpful, accounts will be found elsewhere, waste of time. Don't bother with them.

I've been using this bank for 6 years and have witnessed many times where people go there for reasons that they could otherwise resolve in the luxury of their own homes. Instead, they aim their frustration at the staff who in most cases do not have the capacity to help due to the structure of the banking system.

I've personally encountered a minor inconvenience once or twice with regards to the coin machine being out of service but I understand that this is not a staff issue, it's always some other customers that jams the machine with an item which is not a coin which causes the malfunction and in no way is this a branch or staff problem.

Other than the above, I've always been treated in such a way that reflects my review score, and I get on well with all of the staff there. They are always pleasant, happy, and my business banking and personal banking needs are met with haste and for me, I cannot complain.

I used NatWest's ATM, which stopped working after I entered my PIN, and I could not retrieve my card. I went inside to ask for help with the machine, but was told by a disinterested teller that there was nothing that could be done, and that they had been having problems with that machine. There was no sign on the ATM to notify people of this. It is such an inconvenience for me to not have my card, which the teller did not care about as I didn't even get an apology.
Although I don't bank with NatWest, I should not have been dismissed in this way, and the staff really need training in delivering good customer service.

I get it's busy and you've been on your feet for hours, but a smile always goes down well. As a bank, I'd fully recommend and the call centre staff have always provided amazing customer service to me, but the branch staff clearly forget they are customer facing sometimes!

Stuck on a Saturday night at 2am on my own no cash and cannot access any withdrawals online app says updates till 230am still trying at 3am called to try and get a cash withdrawal told nothing they can do till 6am! Thanks NatWest a female on there own in a town centre and cannot get home!!!

NatWest have been consistently, unpleasantly, useless in helping me to deal with my mother's Power of Attorney process. In due course they apologised and paid £200 as recompense (to her account and not to me), but this did not stop their absolutely dire and useless service. My solicitors told me that the Bank has a reputation for this. Difficulties continue with important letters unanswered etc. I would avoid them like the plague.
