I had too many unpleasant issues with Du before ..this time I was lucky to renew my contract with staff named Ahmed Nabih in Al Khawaneej walk who is really caring, very polite..very thorough..explained every things in details and kept following with me until he was sure I was happy and satisfied ..I am really glad that i meet him ..thats how the staff should be ..welcoming..having excellent communication skills so the customers will safe times and be satisfied. Well done Ahmed

Visited the shop twice and every time i wait for more than 30 minutes, i paid at the store for a product which i didnt get and its even placed for and order. Bad service Bad Experience ????

The staff there is not-cooperative. They don’t respect people they don’t know how to deal customer and don’t even know how to provide service and resolve customers.

went there 3 times in 24 hours to compelete my transaction and i waited for at least 15 minutes each time and to no avail. till now my transaction isn't completed and they couldnt care less.

I went to apply for my number replacement as i lost it.

They inform my that you can’t apply the service Till after 48 hours and you should update your information in the system first which will take 48h, then you can apply for any services !!

I will lose thousands of transactions in this 48h because of Du telecommunication.

Is that customer satisfaction!! ????????
