Never use online Du store. You will never get a delivery on time.
After 3 days from purchase at the time of scheduled delivery they will call you in the evening and inform that your item is out of stock!
I bought item on Monday, means it was in stock, on Wednesday evening it came out of stock, when it supposed to be booked for me from Monday…how is it possible!!!
Good luck with this amazing service.

Dear Du it’s not professional at all to be spending half day trying to get support via your non professional agents.. the problem also that they are not transferring the calls to the survey after finishing, they either transfer the caller to the IVR again or simply disconnect the line with a message saying (du is facing some difficulties) if your customer support calls are recorded please review and check how unprofessional your team of agents are , I am still In trouble my internet is not working my business is stuck and un able to reach support..SHAME du

Three boys went here for primary (and the on-site "Little Acorns" for nursery). Excellent little village school.
