I registered du businesses and canceled it within 7days which means they cannot charge me any bill.

(The biggest problem of Du is you cannot put wired landline telephone.
And they said the wifi is available for 30devices max. but even after 10 devices, the internet stopped.)

I received a mesaage from du it's accepted to move the number to etisalat.

However, they charged me.
They said even though the number is moved to etisalat, I had to go to du businesses center to cancel it.????????
They do words playing with their customers.

They're saying the number is moved to etisalat but not canceled.????????????
When I moved the number from etisalat to do, I didn't do anything and it was all done automatically.

Anyway they said I have to pay for thr bill.
They're trying to submit fraud with playing the words.

Du says it's different between cancellation and number change.

However, customers dont think it's different and etisalat does it by their own.

If it's a different process, you have to mention "You have to go to the business center to cancel" when you send the message "Your number is moved."

How can you say it's different?

And also I live in RAK and ther's no business center in RAK.
You intentionally make the difficult processes to steal money from your customers.

It's very easy to register du only through the whatsapp but too much difficult to cancel it.
You accepted all the docs through whatsapp for the registration.

Your customers are not stupid.
We know how you try to make more money.

This is the WORST service provider ever!!! They have effected my business and delayed the account transfer for 2 full weeks

I have requested to port my Du sim to another service provider, and its been almost a month and no action taken which is usually does in 2-3 working days!!
Even after many reminders, many email to customer care, many chat request to Agent, they are still saying it is under INVESTIGATION!!
I don't know what are they investigating for all these days.... VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE!!
