The agents here are very patient and polite in assisting customers. I acknowledge Ms Risette Castro who has a high team spirit and extremely polite in handling my request. It was complicated and I thought she would refer me back.
But she owned the problem and took swift action. Thank you for your help

Du has the worst service ….. im a prepaid du customer for since many yrs but in june end 2022 when i was out of the country and my sim was inactive du pushed me into a power plan of 300 data flexi postpaid plan without my authorization and raised a bill of 1000aed and is chasing me since aug 2022 for an outstanding bill for a plan i never authorized or opted for and for which i have proof of my travel but their customer service has no proof of my consent for postpaid plan and how can i be on prepaid and postpaid service at the same time in aug 2022 . After 25 emails sent to Du and 7 store visits to customer service and endless complaints raised by me Du only marks my complaint as resolved and deletes the issue??? Whom to trust when such a large telecom provider indulges in such activities.

I’ve been here to buy new SIM card but staff at counter No. 5 ask me about salary certificate, Company contract, Car, House and credit card, I really don’t understand why need to use too many document to buy a new SIM card

Less crowded, buy new sim or get your queries solved at this du center. 3 star because visit visa plans too expensive.

I visited yesterday there, i got worst service from there one Filipino staff, who talked me with same like shouting me, she dont know how to solve my sim problem, it was yesterday night at counter 5
