I have had 2 hearing tests cancelled for no reason, despite booking with plenty of notice. I, tried to rebook but would have to wait at least a month and it is likely to be cancelled again.
So I have booked else where , very disappointed with Boots.

A great, town central, facility for pharmacy and other non prescription drugs. Massive range, fair prices with staff on hand to give good advice

Boots seams to be going down hill, many shelves where part sparse or contain same products, a number of old fluorescent tubes were not working, stained ceiling tiles, definately needs revamp like many fo the Boots stores.. Very sad.

Called to this branch after I was let down by boots.com and the new Boots in Bicester (shambles).

Found what I'd ordered online that hadn't arrived and purchased 5 other items. The member of staff- Diana was a pleasure to meet. Smiling through her mask, polite, helpful. She told me how she was retired but had come back to help out... an ambassador for customer service if ever there was. Some stores could do with going back to training.

Visited Boots Castle Quay this morning @ 8.50am and was abruptly spoken to by BETH who was standing behind the screen in the pharmacy. Beth was so rude and failed abysmally to assist me.

From my encounter and experience, Beth has no manners, etiquette or class. As Beth is dealing with the general public, it is essential that further training is urgently needed that will enable her to speak to customers with some level of professionalism, courtesy and manners.

Beth has evidently been dragged up and not brought up!!!
