Excellent customer service. The employees are so cooperative and ready to serve any time. Especially one Mr. Suhail, who has helped me when my company connection was facing a severe un expected shut down. He kept a continuous followup with their technical team until it was restored within a short span of time. 5 star.

Sharmin Shaikh is the best and helpful person than all the staff working in al Twar branch and very kind person, always solving all my problems which other agents not even assist me properly but she is doing her job properly.

One of the best little post offices in town. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. It really is a joy to drop off parcels there. They even wished me good luck when I was entering a competition. Superb!

Closest post office to me, both women in there helpful and professional,always seems to be busy tho, so can take a little while but that’s not there fault, air con always on in shop to keep u cool

Staff are friendly and very helpful, it's inside the Co-op so understandably busy, I had a call once from a member of staff helping me out, so there are times when they go above and beyond, recommended, 4 stars as its a but tight for space in there when it's busy.

Waited a very long time to be served as the queue was very long (4pm on a Friday) then a lady with two huge bags of parcels jumped the queue and handed the parcels to the cashier. Not a problem we all thought as this may be a procedure, however the cashier then stopped serving the queuing customers and proceeded to process the 50 or so parcels! I said excuse me but we have been waiting and we should be served next. To which this other older cashier said, No! don’t stop what you are doing carry on these people can wait! She then said something under her breath and both of them started smirking! These two need to be trained better in customer service as they are clearly out of their depth and are a very bad reflection on the Post Office. Everyone was shocked but they just kept on giggling! Both are very unprofessional and very rude.

Never open on time, huge queues, not enough staff on when the queue is massive. Tried talking to one of the tellers with long red hair who told me she was ready to serve me then hushed me as I began to talk so I continued conversation on my phone… to then be told to get off my phone because she doesn’t understand me. Rude woman.

I have just visited this post office and safe to say I am appalled. The lady who served me was extremely rude. She treated me differently to the lady before me, and the only explanation is because of my accent. She’s there to help and working with customers therefore customer service is a key aspect of her job, but this wasn’t the case. I hope a manager will take action on this.

They close when ever they fancy on, website timings are 5:30pm. But they were shut @ 5:15.
