I am writing to express my deep disappointment in the service I received from your company. I have signed up for a special offer which included an additional 200GB of data, which I paid for in advance. However, Upon renewing the contract I have been told that I will not be receiving the promised extra data, despite numerous attempts to contact your customer service department.

I feel that I have been misled and that your company has not fulfilled its obligations. As a loyal customer, I expect better treatment and more reliable service.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and provide me with an explanation for why I have not received the same offer of additional data that I paid for. I also expect a resolution to this issue, which includes either the provision of the promised extra data or else it’ll be an easy transition to Etisalat .

I hope to hear back from you soon and look forward to a prompt resolution to this matter.

the new staff in mirdif uptown is very helpful

Completely unprofessional.
Especially staff name shoorok Mirdif branch.

When I went to complaint about my number didn’t call she’s like wave to me and turn around !!!
Someone should take care of this!!

Recently I had a pleasure to be a customer of DU Store in Uptown Mirdif. Problem solved without any delay and with very professional assistance. Easy, fast and comprehensive.

If you are looking for a great customer service and serious operators, this branch is really the best at it.

I was struggling so bad with getting a phone from Du, the operators in other branches were without exaggeration useless, in a sense where they didn’t Care about my frustration.

Out of the blue I came across the Du Kiosk in uptown area, and I can’t even express how amazing these guys were, 2 of the operators MOHD and KATHY (strong pair) I met were even coordinating between them to get the job done, they have impressed me with their team work, sense of active listening and serious follow up.

Thank you once again KATHY and MOHD, I’m sure you’ll have a great future ahead.
