Changing the office times to a no flexible time, its absolutley shocking. Then arriving there and having to waste so much time to then queue to drop post.Whoever made this change, should actually consider all customers using the service, not just people collecting post after postman/lady returns.

Says open on a Tuesday until 6pm but got here at 4:45pm and they were shut. Not happy as I came specifically to pick up a package.
Loads of people arriving to drop off stuff and pick up but completely locked ????

Went I'm to collect a undelivered parcel that could have been posed through the letterbox I asked on the phone for them to redeliver but they said the earliest would be 4 days so I went and picked up in person there customer service over the phone was shocking

Great to be able to collect parcels without travelling to Kidlington or Bicester as happened as few times, 5 or so years ago. Only downside is opening times are not currently displayed outside. The knock-on effect is I had to go twice before the office was open last week.
