Too bad service and disappointed. When I went to the shop, sales man is telling to Check the items in google..( camera section ). and he was not answering properly to the questions.
I have bought many cameras from this shop before. But this new sales man doesn’t know how to respect to the customers.

Very bad attitude sales persons, even at the presents of a costomer he was watching youtube videos and not listening to a costomer questions. Very bad behaviour to a costomer, I don't know why so much good vlogs about this shop in instagram and other social medias...????????u200d♂️

Since I visit Mena Bazar for last 11 years,this is one of the best place to take digital cameras and accessories.Mr Zubair is so helpful and very friendly. Providing far better customer experience with enough patience.Loved it!

If u looking for cameras(Asma Traders), electronic items this is the best spot in burdubai. U ll get better price than others. Now m a regular customer here coz of gud pricing, nice customer service. FROM SJ CAM TO TILL HERO7 Gopro. I m a travel vlogger (Ditto raju youtube ).All my vlogging n photography stuffs are purchased from here. Highly recommending to everyone.

Good quality products and they have a wide range of cameras to choose from. You will be spoilt for choice. However, I found them to be a touch too arrogant and lacking in customer care. They talk to you like they don't care whether you buy or not. With regard to the price, would say it is reasonable but you have to be a good one at bargaining yo get a fair deal.

i have very bad experience in this shop , I bought cameras and lens in this shop and it was not original, please don’t buy any products from bur Dubai side especially this shop , we will not get any warranty ????
