VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE SCHEDULE FOR PICK UP OR DELIVERY BUT THEY WILL NOT DO IT! THEY WILL TELL YOU TOMORROW WE WILL DO! WHAT IS THIS? WE ARE NOT PLAYING HERE. WE RELAY ON YOU FOR THE COURIER AND YOU WILL END UP WASTING THE TIME OF YOUR CUSTOMER! JUST BE HONEST IF YOU CAN NOT DO IT ON TIME, YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY COURIER IN THE UAE! THE WORK IS BEING AFFECTED BECAUSE OF YOUR UNPFOFESSIONALISM. VERY WORST!

Very bad service to be honest , the person whose taking my order is impatient and lacks of experience . My delivery was delay 2 days . Even costumer services couldn’t help.I wouldn’t recommend to deal with them.

They don’t deliver in the EXACT location as per request. They will make the Receiver go out of his way JUST to collect the parcel. The envelop itself has been opened and its not the actual envelop given upon receiving the parcel from the Sender. Never again.
