u200fThe villa itself was impeccably clean and beautifully designed with high-end finishes and furniture. The private pool was a particular highlight, providing a refreshing respite from the warm weather. We also appreciated the availability of 24 hour golf carts, making it easy to get around and explore the surrounding area.
u200fFor those who enjoy sports, there were also paddle and tennis areas available, as well as a children's pool for families with kids. The golf area was also fantastic, with a great course that was well-maintained and enjoyable to play on.
u200fBut what really made our stay memorable was the friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone we encountered was always smiling and eager to help, especially Jassim, who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We felt truly welcomed and taken care of during our stay.
u200fOverall, I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation. The services, amenities, and staff were all exceptional, making it a truly unforgettable experience.

We accidentally dropped a strawberry on the carpet and didn’t see it till the morning. It left a slight stain. On check out we were told to remove this stain it would cost AED.2500 as this was the going rate in Dubai for a cleaning company. I fought back and was not willing to accept that. I called my own company to come and clean the rug which they did perfectly.
I was then repeatedly reminded that the rug cost AED4000 from Marina! I found this very unprofessional. Why would you put such an expensive rug under a dinning room table in a rented family villa which allows 10 people to sleep! Of course it’s going to get dirty! Thank god I didn’t bring my toddlers!
I was then accused of trashing the villa. I offered to pay a small cleaning fee for extra cleaning for the villa. As we had a small gathering of 6 people which we took permission for. I also made clear we had not broke anything it was literally only the dinning room and garden area that was left untidy!
She would not back down and said we would not be getting our deposit back.
After a long upsetting day we are still waiting for news on our deposit.
