Disaster! dont think of applying for Golden visa etc cuz waste of time..they wasted 5 months of my time, just to find out at my last visit, that I have been rejected 4 months earlier..! never received any reply-rejection email or sms..nothing..3 visits, phone calls, chats, noone knows anything, noone answers your calls, noone replies to your follow up emails.. very ignorant, 1st visit-I had to wait 1hour at the reception cuz reception queen had a breakfast break at 10am..
They tell you.."wait wait, someone will email you, maybe will take 6 months.." So I waited..
Now I had to pay 2000dh delay fines on top of my new normal residency. When i asked who will pay for that..of course there is no answer to that..So beware.

The building is a little tricky find if unfamiliar with the area.

The ground reception staff are helpful and approachable.

There are four lifts, all reach in good time. The floor I visited is well maintained, kitchen and WC facilities are clean.

The rooms are a decent size. H&S posters are dotted around.
